FOR NEXT INSPECTION, PLEASE HAVE A TEMP LOG OF THE PEPSI COOLER AND THE PREP COOLER IN THE KITCHEN. NOT HAVING ONE WILL RESULT IN FOOD BEING TOSSED IF TEMPERATURES ARE FOUND TO BE HIGH.
